I am married to Charlotte, who is the Hearing Impaired and Visually Impaired Teacher in the Metcalfe County School System. Our four sons are Gregory, Aaron, Andrew and Luke. Aaron is a WKU graduate with Sociology Major/Criminology Minor, and is currently working for the Warren County Sheriff's Department as a Deputy Sherrif. Andrew is a Sophomore at the University of Kentucky and his ambition is to become a Mechanical Engineer, Consulting Detective or Batman, whichever comes first.

My hobbies all revolve around my family. We love to watch movies and read together, as well as to go camping, fishing and target practicing. Andrew and I have even ran two official 5K's together; although I could only see the back of his head, once the race started. I also enjoy construction, auto repair and gardening projects at home.  I really like working with my hands on new projects at home, and I have found that if you want to learn to do anything, you can youtube just about anything you need to learn to do.

Regardless of what we are doing, we are usually together, at the least. My church, my family and friends ... that's my life outside of school, and we love spending time together and the simple pleasures of life.
