YoYos are a fun way to break-up the day, relieve some stress and develop your hand-eye coordination. In Health and Wellness, my activity is playing with the YoYo, and Hacky Sacks but I'm not as good at foot-eye coordination as I would like to be, so I am learning.
Soon we will have the opportunity to learn the Kendama, which is a traditional Japanese game that also builds your hand-eye coordination by catching or balancing a ball attached by string to a Ken or stick that has three different size cups and a spike to catch the ball. See picture of the parts.
For a great tutorial for learning how to YoYo or to further develop your skills, go to this website that I have been using to learn more than I ever did in my high school days.
